This research paper: An 8 page paper presenting a mostly-pluralist organization (General Motors) and a mostly-unitarist one (the early form of Saturn) to compare their approaches to human resources and employee relations. No organization is fully unitarist or fully pluralist. It appears that each approach offers benefits both for the organization and for individual employees.
