This research paper: This 6 page report discusses the art Hans Memling or Memlinc (c1430-1494), was a German-born Flemish religious and portrait painter whose work is thought to offer a definitive representation of the period known as the "Late Gothic" and the art of The Italian painter and architect Raphael Santi or Raphael Sanzio (1483-1520) whose work has come to be viewed as some of the finest examples of the clarity, harmony, and balance of the art of the High Renaissance.
