This research paper: 3 pages in length. I walked up to the podium, notes in hand, ready to conquer the crowd of five hundred people that eagerly waited for what I had to say. The topic was one with which I was intimately familiar and had been immersed in for most of my life, so there was no danger of confusing the facts or misspeaking on the data. In short, this was to be a very simple oration unworthy of any unease. However, that was the logical side of my brain; the emotional side, on the other hand, was a complete and utter mess.
